2. ESTIMATES & PRICING
Estimates are based on the information available at the time the estimate is provided, including photographs, measurements, property information, and visible surface conditions.
If additional work, unexpected conditions, inaccurate measurements, or other circumstances affecting the scope of work are discovered, Desert Edge Surface Solutions will communicate any proposed changes before performing additional billable work.
Prices displayed on this website, including starting prices, are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a guaranteed quote.
3. SCHEDULING & PROPERTY ACCESS
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to all areas included in the scheduled service.
Before service, customers should remove or secure personal belongings, furniture, decorations, vehicles, toys, and other items that could interfere with the work unless otherwise arranged.
Customers should also disclose known concerns involving fragile surfaces, existing damage, drainage issues, electrical components, irrigation systems, pets, or other conditions that could affect the work.
4. SURFACE CONDITION & RESULTS
Cleaning and sealing results vary depending on the age, material, condition, previous treatments, staining, weather exposure, and maintenance history of the surface.
Desert Edge Surface Solutions does not guarantee complete removal of every stain, discoloration, odor, or pre-existing condition.
Certain surfaces may contain existing cracks, deterioration, loose materials, fading, oxidation, or other conditions that become more noticeable after cleaning.
5. PAVER CLEANING & SEALING
Paver cleaning and sealing may involve pressure washing, cleaning treatments, joint re-sanding, sealing, and curing periods.
Customers agree to follow all instructions regarding foot traffic, vehicle traffic, irrigation, pets, furniture, and other activity during the curing period.
Weather and surface conditions may affect scheduling, application, drying, and curing times.
6. ARTIFICIAL TURF CLEANING
Artificial turf cleaning is intended to remove debris, buildup, pet residue, and odors and improve the overall cleanliness and appearance of artificial grass.
Results may vary depending on turf condition, installation, drainage, age, contamination, pet use, and previous maintenance.
Persistent odors or other conditions caused by issues beneath the turf, including drainage or base-layer problems, may require additional treatment or corrective work outside the scope of standard turf cleaning.
7. WEATHER & RESCHEDULING
Certain services depend on appropriate weather and surface conditions.
Desert Edge Surface Solutions may postpone or reschedule service because of rain, excessive moisture, high winds, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that could affect safety or service quality.
8. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Desert Edge Surface Solutions reserves the right to establish cancellation or rescheduling requirements for individual projects and will communicate any applicable requirements before service.
9. PAYMENT
Payment terms will be provided with the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
Customers are responsible for paying all approved charges according to the agreed payment terms.
Additional services requested or approved outside the original scope of work may result in additional charges.
10. EXISTING DAMAGE
Desert Edge Surface Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration, including loose or damaged pavers, cracked concrete, failing coatings, damaged grout or joints, improperly installed materials, deteriorated surfaces, defective artificial turf installations, or other existing conditions.
If significant existing damage is identified before work begins, Desert Edge Surface Solutions may document the condition or recommend that it be corrected before service.
11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and requested services and for notifying Desert Edge Surface Solutions of known conditions that may affect the work.
Customers are also responsible for following any preparation, aftercare, curing, or maintenance instructions provided in connection with a service.
12. PROMOTIONS
Promotional offers are subject to the terms stated with the applicable promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
The advertised first-service discount applies only to qualifying first-time customers and eligible services.
